Bagi mengingatkan diri.. Start pantang sendiri @ 15 days.. Start mandikan baby sendiri (ekspress style cz takut baby wiggling licin)...
Dah start buat2 keje rumah sendiri.. Basuh pinggan.. Baju.. Buat slow2..
Rasa jahit bawah dah at least sembuh 70%.. But will take things easy till hari ke 30..
Pantang makan tak berapa sangat.. Makan jek apa org beli.. Semua belasah huhuhu but try refrain from air sejuk.. Pasni pun nk try jz drink air suam jekkk..
