Yesterday I went and upload myself the AIS application. A bit ancient cz it uses the excel file. I was confused in the beginning.The first step of using this application is pinpointing the first date of your last menstruation, mine happened to be 11th. Highlight the number on the calender before clicking the legend "1st day on menstruation". The software will the calculate expected fertility date, safe days and days for conceiving boy or girl.
As I prefer a girl, my safe day bet in June would be 21 - 26th.
