I was soo very busy.. lotsa things to do so I haven't really got the chance to observe this calender.. but I think I did it as per suggestion (coincidently this time haha :P)...

A bit hard cz I think I am hoping too much so my body sometimes mimicked the symptom of pregnancy.. hurmmm have to act fast especially if I want one next year.. well hoping for the best till then, Insyaallah..

Huishhh I am Sleepy..

I am a little bit worried.. I have these obesity problem.. been afraid of looking at the scale nowadays.. hope I do not pas the 83 kg marks.. I'll do it tomorrow..

Now I am starting on the folic acid again.. would try to conceive starting July.. as per Chinese Pregnancy Calender that would be an optimal month for a girl..

Thruthfully am a bit tired.. must be the going to and fro from my workplace to my village / home every weekend.. I supposed I should get another job already.. hmm.. maybe an early nite tonite..

Eating Gender Diet and Haikal Dancing Poco-Poco Style

Hmmm.. around 2 weeks before I start to conveived again.. dunno.. just feel like its high time.. besides I already look preggies (gain lots of weight.. think my thyroid acting up) as well as dunno.. just feel that it's time..

My Chinese Gender Calender estimated that my next period of fertility is good for a girl.. so I just want to try it out.. my plan is to try 3 days before the fertile period, abstain 2 days during fertile period (14 days before my next period) and retry again afterwards till my menses..

So I'm stocking up on meat and dairy product.. abstaining from seafood as well.. miraculously I didn't have meat rashes this time hmm???

Anyway.. was amused cz Haikal imitates me praying when I put out my praying mat in preparation of my prayer.. also he uses his feet to dance now.. rather than just body and hand.. a bit like Indonesian's poco2.. cute :)

Dancing to Hi5

It's amusing to see that Haikal - now around 16 months getting so absorbed in watching Bob the Builder and dancing energetically to Hi5. He loves his fruit esp watermelon and apple.

Kimi my mum said started to walk wobbily around 17 months.. He hates veggies and fruits (except watermelon) :)

Now Kimi is having a toothache.. Bet it's all those holes he got eating chocolates :)

Hmm.. depending on my menstrual, think hubby's reunion date is optimal for trying for a baby girl.. insyaallah.. optimal in a way cz its around a month from now.. can ensure my folic acid at the optimum level..

Puan bolehlah membuat pengiraan dari tarikh puan datang haid. Contoh pengiraan adalah seperti dibawah, :-

KALENDER KESUBURAN BULANAN (cth;sekiranya haid Puan jatuh pd 1hb)

Hari Haid : 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 (10hari)
Hari Subur (Anak Lelaki): 11,12,13,14,15,16,17 (7 hari)
Hari Subur (Anak P’puan): 18,19,19,20,21,22,23 (7 hari)
Hari Tidak Subur: 24,25,26,27,28,29,30 (7 hari)

Berdasarkan kalender diatas Puan bolehlah sesuaikan dengan tarikh terakhir haid Puan bagi mendapatkan tarikh yang sesuai untuk bersama suami bagi mendapatkan anak perempuan.

Sekiranya haid Puan jatuh pada 23hb, maka sesuaikan dengan kalender tersebut di atas. Tulislah tarikh tersebut dengan tulisan kecil di bahagian atas kelender tersebut, supaya Puan mendapat tarikh yang sebenar untuk bekerja keras (bersama suami).

Walaupun masa haid Puan hanya selama 6 atau 7 hari, tetapi telur akan mula berfungsi selepas hari ke 10.

Jadi pada hari ke 11 hingga 17 (Puan di dalam keadaan subur yang amat sangat dan kemungkinan untuk mendapat anak L (lelaki) adalah cerah.

Mulai tarikh 18 hingga 23, adalah hari-hari untuk mendapatkan anak perempuan. Untuk itu, saya sarankan agar Puan menggunakan masa (tarikh) ini sebaik mungkin untuk mendapatkan anak perempuan.

Bila tiba pada hari tidak subur di atas 24 hingga 25 (lagi seminggu nak period) puan akan rasa sakit2 badan, sakit kepala dan moody. Itu salah satu tanda puan akan didatangai haid dalam masa seminggu dan masa Haid semula akan jatuh pada 30hb (selalunya akan tercepat atau selewat sehari)dari tarikh period terakhir.

I think I'll try the Chinese calender first along with trying to eat meat and all the acidic food. So my date of trying is from 5/3 - 24/3.. Interestingly the date recommended is right on the dot of my non-menstrual circle.

Merancang anak perempuan

Kaedah-kaedah yang digunakan adalah sama dari segi prinsipnya. Ikutilah garis panduan berikut;

1.Digalakkan memakan makanan yang berasid sepertilimau, asam , nenas, cuka, air minuman bergas dan lain lain. Pantang memakan makanan laut.
2.Persetubuhan dilakukan sebelum penetasan telur isteri (ovulation). Jangan bersetubuh selama 5 hari mulai dari hari ‘ovulation’ yang boleh dikesan dengan ujian-ujian subur. Sila rujuk laman ‘Kesuburan dan Kemandulan’

Kaedah Kalendar

Juga dikenali sebagai kaedah beritma di mana wanita harus merekodkan dengan pasti kitaran haid selama enam bulan.

Kemudiannya, satu pengiraan sifir mudah digunakan. Kitaran haid dikira dari hari pertama pendarahan hinggalah ke hari pertama haid yang berikutnya.

Kitaran haid biasanya selama 28 hari tetapi julatnya boleh di antara 23 hingga 35 hari, masih dikira sebagai normal. Cara kiraannya:

* Untuk kitaran haid terpendek, tolak harinya selama 18 hari. Ini memberikan hari pertama kesuburan.

* Untuk kitaran haid terpanjang, tolak harinya selama 11 hari. Ini memberikan hari terakhir kesuburan

Sebagai contohnya, jika sepanjang enam bulan penelitian kitaran haid didapati kitaran terpendek adalah 25 hari manakala yang terpanjang 35 hari:

Kitaran terpendek - 18 = 25 - 18 = 7 hari

Kitaran Terpanjang - 11 = 35 - 11 = 24 hari

Bermakna, hari kesuburan iaitu hari di mana hubungan kelamin perlu dielakkan bermula pada hari ketujuh dan berakhir pada hari ke-24.

Try for 3rd?

Actually based on my Chinese Gender Calender.. for my age... trying for baby girl would be optimal in February, March and July.. Thought of going for July but seeing people having babies within 2 years of the earlier one, and of course possibility of not getting result after the first try.. make me think of trying for another one again early.. this february.. march... relaxed for a while and maybe July again...

My game plan includes:-
1) Eat my supplement folic acid and such
2) Try to conceive Feb, March, July
3) Try to conceive between 19 - 24 from my ovulation
4) Eat more meat vs seafood..

Haikal is getting smarter.. Been walking around very actively.. He's around 15 months now so about 3 months walking and doing so excellently..


Now he can drink milkk on his own..
Understand mandi aka take a bath..
Assist me when I try to pun on his shirt and short aka lift his arms and legs..
Just he doesn't like laying down for me to put his diapers.. So need to chase him around for that..
Can put things in plate..
Know what spoon are for..
Very temperemental..

Kimi's a serious little boy now..
